Music and chance

It has always amazed me as to the conditions of fate or chance, in the whole world the chance of a small plane being in the same place as a bomber jettisoning its bombs causes on to wonder, similar is the regrettable situation a few years back of a US submarine blowing its tanks (showing off) sinks a Japanese fishing boat in all the vastness of the Pacific ocean.
