Rear lights
Hi,
The "Sheet metal repair" topic was of interest to me as I am planning on renovating the rear wings on my TA and am wondering what to do about rear lights. At present I have lights that look like this:

The problem of the crease down the rear wing was "solved" by a previous owner by putting thick, soft rubber between lamp and wing. I am hoping to improve on this. I think my car (TA1660) would have had a single rear light which is no longer an option. I guess I could use the twin D lamps either end of the number plate as used on later cars but I quite like the visibility provided by my lamps' current position.
Any suggestions on how to provide rear lights that are nicely visible and look in keeping with the car, even of not original?

Graham,
These lights (http://www.mg-tabc.org/library/brakelights.htm) are sold by Doug Pelton (www.fromtheframeup.com).
