Info for turning off emails

Could somebody email me on the method of turning off the emails or changing my email address. The recent bombardment of potentially lethal viruses have me concerned that they could infect my plant. I use a hotmail address for ebay and Mirosoft seems to keep these nasty things from going around. Chuck Poe
