Lucas Horn for TC

Help! What are the identifying markings on the "correct" Lucas horn for a 1947 TC? Bob McClaren Virginia Beach, VA 1947 TC #3443

Bob, I looked at my 1947 TC horn and didn't find any numbers other than "LUCAS" on the top front and "ALETTE" on the bottom front. I did not remove it from the car to see if any other stock numbers were present. Looking in the Lucas spare parts list for the TC, I find this is listed as model and type HF 1234. The Lucas service No. is 70038A, and the order No. is 069248. The TC service parts list has part No. 27 H 5152 and the bracket No. is 27 H 5157. All of these numbers apply to the cars except for the EXU models which have very different horns along with the other unique features found only in these cars.
