[dsn_klr650] surges while cruzing

Hey Many tire's have a mark (red or white dot ETC.) that you line up with the valve stem to get closer to the natural ballance of the tire. (Less weights) I have been looking at the TKC-80's and do not see anything distinctive. ANYONE KNOW?? [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

They are marked with arrows for the direction but there are no balance marks on the TKC80s.
