radiator question, pt ii

I just got an early E model KLR. The previous owner put an aftermarket muffler on it that is way too loud for my taste, I felt like an inconsiderate jackass everywhere I rode. I'd like to find a stock muffler to fix the problem. Anyone have a used one I can buy? I'm in Arizona, so if there's one nearby, so much the better. My understanding is that the pre-E model muffler is the same as the E model. If that is true, any working stock muffler is OK with me. Can anyone confirm the old model is the same as the new? Bryan

Here's a plug for Cyclepedia.com. Though I haven't removed my radiator, they do have a section on it. Other sections of their online manual have filled gaps in the Kawa and Clymer books, and best of all, all three times I've asked them to add pictures of certain details they've done it, and in 1-2 business days.
