wtb - head to fit a 2003 klr

Post by Guy Young » Sat Jul 14, 2012 1:42 pm

Working on a customer's bike. Waited too long to adjust the valves and one exhaust clearance go too tight, which resulted in a burned exhaust valve. Destroyed the valve and the valve's seat area of the head. Whatchagot?? Either PM, or email me at: gbyoung2 at versizon dot net PS: This is the same bike I asked a question about earlier. Finally got off my duff and did a leak down test. This showed the exhaust valve(s) were leaking. Pulled the head and found the problem. I've decided to sell my 2006 KLR, Northern Virginia Washington DC area. http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/mcy/3136443490.html
