needin new battery

Post by James Douglas » Sun Oct 30, 2011 7:50 pm

Should of written down some of the recommendations as this was discussed a while back. The KLR is slow starting recently and I know it's in want of a new battery. Best battery recommendations at the best price is what I need. Is there a consensus within the group. Although this is probably a no brainer for most of you wanted to be sure before is spent that much $$$. Thanks! Jim

AGM ie Glass Mat batteries are the way to go. You can let your fingers do the walkin through search engines and auction sites. It will only take you 5 mins to find a good price. I forgot where I got mine from. J#3

The switch is SEALED Plastic case then Filled with "clear" hard plastic filler, so it can NOT be opened. (ALL "looks" Factory in that area.)
