It is a little too small/tight on me. I take a Large in Shoei so I thought an XL Suomy must fit; it didn't. I would take an XXL in Suomy which I couldn't imagine. Some people think Suomy Helmets are safer because besides DOT, the BSE standards/tests are better/safer than the Snell standards/tests.
