nklr eureka juno 3xta $90

Post by revmaaatin » Fri Dec 31, 2010 3:41 pm

List- Went searching yesterday for a 'custom' fitted tent footprint to fit my tent. Tired of using the Tyvec or plastic drop cloth; and I found this tent on sale as well + an offer to give $30 off the purchase with a credit card application. Take a look at this link below. Eureka Juno 3 XTA 7.5-Foot by 6.5-Foot Three-Person Rectangular Dome Tent (Amazon Exclusive) http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dsporting&field-keywords=Pinnacle+Peak+floor+liner&x=17&y=15 Note: no affiliation, just a satisfied customer Comments: Great tent for $90. and Amazon might offer you a $30 rebate for applying for a credit card! Killer deal at that rate. This $90 is a better price NEW than I got for buying 2ds. $60 if you get the discount. We are Amazon PRIME, so we get free shipping if shipped from the Amazon warehouse; --which this would qualify. I have used this tent for 3 seasons--and love it. Originally called a Pinnacle Peak, now a 'Juno', same dimensions, different color. I suspect that it is military-brown. Grade: It is 4.0 or 5 stars. Liked it so much, I bought one for both my kids through Eureka 2ds...last year. Plus Wiggy bags (but that is a different story.) The '3' = three people. 7.5 feet by 6.5feet. It is perfect for one! However, with the two vestibules, 2 people/2 KLR's can KLR-camp, and carry their gear inside out of the wx. My son and I were comfortable with all our riding gear inside during our 12 day trip last year. One last thought, If you are not offered a $30 discount, I would call them. It might be we were offered this because we are repeat buyers through Amazon. We did not receive an immediate 'approval' today for the CC application as it was probably a holiday, etc. You probably will not either. shrug. HTH--love mine! revmaaatin.

nklr: where to purchase moose products at a discount?

Post by idaho_mtgoat » Sat Jan 01, 2011 2:09 pm

After a busy winter I am in need of replacement parts to repair my Moose county plow (skid conversion kit, heavy duty hardened skids, blade position assembly). Everyone appears to have the same price when searching on the net. Does anyone know of a place that offers discounts on Moose products? Thanks Pat

nklr eureka juno 3xta $90

Hey Rev & All I got the same tent a couple a years ago when it was JUST Eureka 3xta. Still can't find a good NON plastic or stiff, ground cover. didn't see it on the link.   I would also like to find a Good Camo cover, light weight to carry on the bikes. I pull of the road into the woods a ways to camp the night, and would like to kinda hide the tent and bike from those driving by.  the tent IS BRIGHT!!!!! yellow.   Not Warm, Lots of air flow. and bad for Foggy areas.   In general I like it alot espeacily the 2 doors, when at a location for the day, (& only me in the tent) I put the saddle bags and extra stuff out the "back door", still covered and kinda inside, out of sight, BUT When I was in a HEAVY FOG area, with all the open screen venting, the water collected inside also. While it keeps rain out, the fog jus spred threw, under the fly. SUPRISE!!! I didn't know untill i sat up and bumped the sidewalls  at 6:30 am, and it started RAINING INSIDE!     The ceiling COVERED IN DROPLETS.   ONE ON THOSE,...... MEMORIES!!  TO LAUGH AT LATER things. LOL It was SOOOOOO FOGGY! (How foggy was it?) I realy thought it was raining lightly most the night, when I kept hearing the drops falling from the trees onto the tent and threw the leaves.   upstate NY, or vermont? In the "Mountains".....Hills, to those in the south or out west. Mark (W. Mich.)
