It looks like my TKC80 tires can take more weight than my KLR can -- at least comparing the sidewall max. load on the tires with the KLR Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (740 lb). What's the heaviest folks have run their KLR's? thanks, Chris

I ride mine I'm 330 lbs + 15-20 for gear and stuff in my top box and my work laptop bag is another 20 or so. -Rich in Newberg, OR

Hey all "Cycle-Moore" In Interlochen Mi. (SW of traverse city) on M31 (paved hwy.)  there is a Bike shop/Campgrounds. $6. per person, IF, You have a Motorcycle with you. (lots of rustic & some electric sights. NO reservations) Several antique bikes to see in the store/shop also.   Lots of nice areas to ride On & off rd.
