here's the start of an oil threasd

When I was a kid (I'm now 55) my dad worked at Boeings in Seattle. We were shipped out to the mid-west about 1963-1965 to plant Minuteman missles all over in the middle of nowhere in states like Montana,North Dakota,South Dakota,Missouri,Kansas etc.We'd move to one area, stay for about six months, and move on during the "cold war" with Russia. One place we lived was in the thriving metropolis of Parshall, ND.They said the population was like 1000, but they were counting the chickens,pigs, etc. But now, I understand, there is a huge oil field in that area.Parshall, ND is liable to become the center of a huge oil drilling operation.
