what to doo next? now wheelie humor

Post by Mike » Wed Oct 01, 2008 2:09 am

Rev, Come on - you know it can be done. Remember the eBay ad for the "very special" exhaust system a few years ago. The one that gave so much power you could "get a whilly in every gear!" That line has caused great hilarity at times, as you can imagine. The hardest thing is getting the BMW to countersteer. I tell you, that shaft drive just makes the thing so hard to ride. It took me years to learn to countersteer, and now I have a bike that can't countersteer or wheelie! I actually have a set of the USD forks somewhere in the shop. I stare at them from time to time. KLRCary has a set of conventional 43's on his bike. He says they are the bomb. I have a couple of sets of those looking me in the eye, too. I was thinking a drop in thing, since these forks are cheap on fleabay...... We're all glad you made it back. I'm 50% back... all the best, Mike
