It was I that first asked about fixing the plastic peg (on the shroud
that covers the radiator), and several recommended using Super Glue
mixed with baking soda. But, I was cautioned that the gas was
poisonous, passably cyanide gas!
Get This! I did the repair inside because it was raining, and my wife
had just bought a new table, so I did the repair on the floor. FiFi,
our toy poodle, laid herself in front of where I was working to watch.
The Super Glue-baking soda mixture did set off a big puff of smoke!!!
Poor FiFi, she sniffed it, and BAM! She Keeled Over Dead As A Nail!
I had to do some quick doggie CPR, and mouth to mouth, to get FiFi
revived. And damm, the shroud is good as NEW! For a second there it
was a case of trying to save FiFi, or hold the shroud in place for the
glue to set. Very Tough Decision!

Dooden, A second set of wheels, sigh, watching for the past two weeks, the last sets (selling seperately) were heading for $500+ to $600 when I quit watching. Good market for those selling right now. revmaaatin.> of tires for pavement usage and leave the knobbies on a set for > playing. > > Dooden > A15 Green Ape >
