fuel catalysts, deer whistles, etc...
Deer Whistles work, IF they are the proper distance apart, IF there is no cross wind to disrupt air flow, IF they are located in the right spot so that the vehicles shape doesn't disrupt air flow, IF there is no bug stuck in them, IF !!
These are some of the things that I remember from a test I read in a motorcycle mag several years ago. I think it is safe to say they don't work.
I will trust a bright headlight and a slower pace, thank you very much!

Hmmmm, I'm not sure "fuel catalyst" would hurt anything, same goes for deer
whistles, the air filter thingies (tornado?) and any other product that
promises "free" hp, or "better" mpg. Then again, I seriously doubt you'll
gain anything.
I work for a trucking company. Each time a unit hits a deer, the hood unit
usually needs replacing at nearly 1100 bucks a pop. If we even thought that
deer whistles worked, they would be on every unit.
Same goes for fuel catalyst or any other additive. If we even gained
"only" 1% more mpg then every trucking company in the world would run the
product.
Just my two cents.

need to find some klr plastic
Anyone know where a guy could find some replacement plastic for the
KLR? I have an '03, and want to find some new fenders and what-not
that are all black. I'm striking out at Aceribis and UFO. Any ideas?
