I have a 2001 KLR 650 and do about 90% street. I Need a new rear
tire and am considering the Metzeler Tourance and the Michelin
Anakee. Also, I am considering upsizing to maybe a 150/70, 140/80 or
120/90; any experience for fit? I might be overlooking better
options! Looking for recomendations and opinions ?

 Thanks
 Richard

rear tire recomendation on a klr
You might want to also consider the Pirelli MT90 ST. It is a good 90/10 tire that wears well. I'm not sure why you want to go with something other than the stock size but . . . pretty sure the 150/70 won't fit. The 120/90 is actually taller than the stock 130/80. Anything that raises the rear makes the KLR handle a little bit squirelier.
