Hello Roy, Daystar makes fork boots for several distributors. Tucker Rocky and Parts Unlimited both sell the Daystar boots under different names. MSR fork boots are made by Daystar. They seem to be a better quality than OEM. I have sold many sets and they come in many different colors. Fred

Anybody have a good (i.e. cheap... ;-) source for fork boots, or a known good fit from aftermarket parts? TIA, Gustavo

Daystars, available ubiquitously, model 58 is the one that fits the KLR best.

I am going to purchase a set of forkboots for my klr 650.I went to arrowhead moto sports site and they had some boots made by Daystar.Does anyone know about Daystar fork boots. The info on the site said they were easy to install.I wonder if it a split design where you dont have to dissamble the forks.

The Daystar 58-8 fork boots fit the KLR. You don't have to disassemble the forks to put them on, but you do have to take the forks out of the triple clamp. Dreas
