You can get OEM here: https://www.ronayers.com/main.cfm I have yet to find cheaper parts online. Great service too. If you need the part numbers - you can use the fiche on buykawaskai.com Cheers, Sean

I found that the original OEM chain and the D.I.D. X-ring I replaced it with wore about the same. Same with the OEM sprockets vs. the after market ones ( forgot the brand.) Make sure you get steel not aluminum. One consideration: A OEM chain is endless. Saves messing with a link. If you do go with a link chain, I'm a big believer in the riveted links over the ones with the clip since I've lost a few clips. Others feel differently. Since I lube the Unitrak when changing chains installation is not an issue. Bogdan

I've got a stock rear (43tooth) that I bought prior to the Alcan last summer when I wasn't sure what condition bike I would find. It's never been out of the wrapper, package says $15.95 on it. Let me know if you're interested. If anyone wants to trade a 45 tooth for my 43, shoot me an email as well. dat brooklyn bum
