I picked up the #4951 oil filter today. It had to be special ordered and it cost me US$5.24 plus 8% tax. The filter box is stamped with the phrase: "contents made in Korea". OK. In very small print on a different side of the box is the following: "Manufactured for/Distributed through NAPA Distribution Centers by WIX" It gets better. The filter inside the box is marked: 0C04 CANADA on one end of the filter and: NAPA GOLD 4951 on the other end. A plastic bag with red and black o-rings is included. The bag, rings and label inside the are identical to the bag, rings and label included with the Fram and Wix filters. So here's what I think: The Fram CH6070 and the Wix 24951 and the NAPA 4951 (notice the last four numbers of the Wix and NAPA filters are the same) are all the same and are all made by the Mystery Oil Filter Co. somewhere in Canada. The nice thing is that they come with o-rings. Thanks.

Mitch: NAPA #4951 Wix #24951 Fram #CH6070 All three are made by the same manufacturer in Canada. All three come with O-rings. Thanks.
