klr manifold cooker overheating food...

Any ideas to better control the temperature on the KLR manifold cooker as I just burned the s#!t out of my moms famous turkey tetrizini. Thx, Chris

Thursday's Martinsburg paper had a story about some "crime" ring in DC. They hit Ridersville Cycle wednesday night and took $75K worth of bikes right off the showroom floor.
