Hello All knowing KLR drivers.
Is there anything that can be used as a temporary throttle lock. We have a
new KLR owner that is picking up the bike & riding from the Alabama Gulf to
St Louis. We will install a Vista Cruise here in St Louis.
 Thanks

http://www.throttlerocker.com/ or similar generics for about $10
 would help quite a bit.

Another solution is to fit a rubber o-ring between the throttle and
bar-ends as a friction wedge to hold the throttle.

This can be put on in about 2 seconds, and is the next best thing to a real lock: http://www.dual-star.com/index2/Equipment/throttle_rocker1.htm -- Doug Herr doug@...> Hello All knowing KLR drivers. > Is there anything that can be used as a temporary throttle lock. Thanks for all of the recommendations. Looks like the rocker is the easiest
way to go. I will advise my brother.
