electrical wiring - headlight harness

Post by sa_waters » Fri Nov 21, 2003 8:26 pm

Hi everyone, just got through taking apart the bike to get familiar with it and fix what needed fixing. I have a question though: There are 2 extra things the manual says are mounted to the frame, they are not turning signal wires, or headlight... Anyone know where they go?? The other thing is, I'm not sure if there was always a 1 sec or so delay from turning the signals on and then starting to blink? I matched the colors of the wires; but I don't remember it taking so long, or the little buzz at the start. Thanks, Sam in AZ

The screen actually has the opposite effect, creating turbulence and disrupts the air flow. But hey the screen is not the do-all-end-all, it is a minor advantage, and probably not worth the hassle for most people, but it was for me. sg
