1) Use bearing drivers or brass rods/ punch, never steel on
steel. HarborFreight sells a good cheap set.
2) Freeze the bearings in the freezer.
3) Heat the hub a little with a heat gun.
4) Drop in, tap, done.
The larger bearing has a shoulder to stop on. The smaller one
should be flush with the hub (I think).
