How new are the replacement pants? I've been through about three pairs of joe rocket ballistic pants. The first pair a zipper failed, the second pair that kneepad seam you're talking about failed. The current pair is having the *same* problem. Suffice it to say I'm not impressed with Joe Rocket quality control. To their credit, they haven't given me any problems replacing them. I'm tired of sending them back every two or three months though. I've been riding with the current pair with the frayed pocket seam for a couple months now. I'm probably just gonna wear them 'til they wear out and replace them with something other than Joe Rocket pants... I'm currently without a bike follwing an encounter with a red light runner (I was unhurt, but they were uninsured and my uninsured motorist coverage is for personal injury only. Guess I get to go to small claims court...). Perhaps now would be a good time to send the current ones in for replacement... -Trevor -Trevor
