I feel like Luke Skywalker approaching the lista Yodas for more wisdom on becoming a KLR-Jedi. I never thought of handlebar mounted shields because I didn't really see them as something that you could throw on for long rides and rip off when you are about to hit the trail. My fall rides will be from North Sydney on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia to Truro on mainland Nova Scotia. Basically this is about 3 hours of wide open riding. My girlfriend will be attending school there and I think this is a great way to put in alot of miles this fall/winter. Anyhoo, I see alot of these handlebar mounted puppies in the catalogues however I am not sure which of the models will be best suited to the bike. Many of them seem to be designed around the bike's headlight, usually for round headlights like on the Virago's and all that jazz. Does anyone have any brandname/model suggestions and/or photos to share with me in my decision. Thanks Yodas. - Everett
