The people who complain about buzzy Connie's are not KLR riders! We know buzzy. I know that a lot of Concours riders install higher bars and and footpeg lowering kit. Seriously, I have long lusted after a Concours and probably would have bought one instead of the KLR if I could have afforded it. In all likelihood my next bike will be either a Connie or a DL1000. Well, since new Transalps aren't an option in the US.... Seriously, an Africa Twin continues to be my main object of lust, but again it suffers from the Not Imported Here disease. Ralph

Amen to that. The Africa Twin would be about the perfect backroads and dirt roads bike here in AZ. I should probably be looking for a Connie for my next bike, but I've been seduced by the new ST1300. That's probably going to cost about 1.9 Connies with ABS when they show up this summer. Jett
