You might try the Harley dealer. HD's use 42 MM Keihn carbs they might just work and should be cheap as the Harley dudes pull them off and put on Mikunis. I bought one recently just to get the slide and diaphram. I plan to eventually adapt the Harley choke mechanism instead of the handlebar mounted one that comes on the KLR. Steve in Eugene
