new member - still learning

I'm a new member and am still trying to learn about posting a message. I have tried twice but never saw them make the list. My question was for Clint - please give info for rigging the clothes hanger for throttle friction. I've been riding for 48 years and this is new one for me - besides I like the cost factor of $0.
