Well written. The reality of the "global economy" as it applies to the
automobile industry is that the only part of a car or truck that you can
absolutely identify as coming from a particular country is the name/badge.
Components/Engineering/Assembly operations are all separate and don't
originate at the Corporate headquarters anymore.
As far as anyone's choice of vehicles for their personal use, whatever works
for you and your family is best.
I give the members on the list the benefit of the doubt that they really
don't pretend to know what another member should be driving/buying. It's just
the newer version of Ford vs. Chevy teasing game.
