16t sprocket.

Post by epmkessler@core.com » Wed Aug 01, 2001 10:15 am

I've been waiting for Fred to get a 16T sprocket in for my 98 KLR but his supplier is way behind on orders. Fred suggested that a 16T sprocket that he has in stock for the 90-95 models might work, as the splines should be the same. The only difference might be that the sprocket would have the 6mm bolt holes for the locking plate which would not be needed on the later model KLR's. Has anyone had any experiance with using a 95 sprocket on a later model KLR? Eric A12
