tengai fearing on klr?

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to install the Tengai's fearing on a KLR without any modifications? It seems both bikes have the same gas tank, although I'm not sure. If so, is it still possible to order an OEM Tengai fearing, and for how much? Thanks, Paul T. A5 Montreal, Canada
