Hey Robb, I work about 5 miles form their store in San Berdoo.. It takes those dingalings 6 to 8 weeks to get stuff to their own store, I don't know about their mail order service, but their in store service "sucks ass". Stu - As far as my experiences have been with them, their mail order branch is great. Both times I have ordered I have recieved my shipment in 4 days or less and I live on the east coast. Maybe you want to tell someone at the Chap showroom how much they suck, maybe they will do something about it. Anyways, I ordered my tires (the rear being out of stock coincidentally), chest protector, battery tender and air filter on Monday and it was waiting at my door when I got home today.
