It looks like there are least 10 active listers in the L.A. area, and
at two or more very close to where I live (Corona). Is anyone
interested in getting a ride together in the near future? My
suggestion is January 1, but I'm open to any day. A possible route
is starting in Corona, taking the Main Divide road (40 miles of
gravel/dirt, with elevations up to 5600 feet) through the Cleveland
N.F. south to the Ortega Highway, then maybe riding on the Ortega, a
twisty paved road with lots of motorcycle traffic, or continuing
south to the Wildomar OHV area.
I've ridden this area several times (last weekend there was snow and
clear views of Catalina Island) since an entrance is one mile from my
house, but any other suggestions would be fine with me.

I thought there was a little snow up there (viewing from North-end of Mission Viejo with naked eye) but I couldn't tell. How much accumulation was there? Hey Jenny,
you go gal. I kinda thought some of the remarks were cheeze also but
such is human nature. Please don't be overly offended and run off on
us. Enjoy your posts.
Seat problem, yup, had a Suzook all heated up back in late '70s and a
friend ( lady at that) Armoralled it without me knowing. I jumps on,
fire it up and start to take off with my little wheel stand and fell off
the bike. Wasn't funny at the time but we sure laughed about it later.
I used Mr Clean with a brillo pad and ruffed up the seat to cure the
problem. Might try that. Probably gonna need something to fracture the
surface of the seat just a touch to break up the chemical induced
slickness of the seat.
