d604 mixing bias and radial

Post by Michael Kovaliv » Tue Oct 24, 2000 9:51 pm

I can't speak to the mixing but I have had D604s on for the last 10,000 Klm. I also don't ride very fast and mostly on the street. The rear has around 3mm before it hits the service limit and the front has twice that. I like the tires a lot, they have worn well and ride very smooth and safe on the street, both dry and wet. nklr---gold wing gl 1200 exhaust

Post by Eric Lewis » Tue Oct 24, 2000 10:25 pm

To all listers, Do any of you motorheads have a suggestion as to where one could obtain a used (if possible) or cheap exhaust system for my GL 1200 I'm rebuilding? The bike runs but can't do any engine tuning until I find an exhaust for the beast. Don't worry, I'm not abandoning the KORG--- NEVER!!!!!!!! I "liberated" this monster from the abandoned vehicle registry and took it on as a project. TIA, Eric A 8 '87 GL 1200

Eric, have you thought about seeking professional help for this? Yours in prayer, Backroad Bill
