The side and front "bands" need to be soldered to the bottom "pan' and the upper "shelf". There are alignments tabs to help hold it all together.
I forgot to mention these would come with a mirror finish stainless steel top.

There are excellent blueprints of the brain with dimensions,

the top view.
Just as with the R2 Builders and as you surely know the only
way to make
laser cutting reasonable is to have the parts done in
quantities... which
is why both clubs have vendors. Are you considering offering
these parts
to the club, or are you just planning to have one set made
for
yourself?
I don't have DXF files, but I do have the ability to
have the Brain parts
made. I would have to sell them as kits, unless there is
