We loaded 2 bikes in a GMC Sonoma. Thats a pretty small box. Mine was a KLR and my son's a Husky SM 610. Both bikes fit fine with the gate propped, but not latched. I'm fortunate enough to have a small hill that we backed up to, making the loading easier but even backing up to a curb, taking advantage of a 6 inch drop makes quite a difference. We just lashed the crap out of the bikes. They rode just fine using ropes and tie downs. A little trick I like to use is a couple of bungees to take up any slack that comes about from knot slippage or shifting. Enjoy the ride.---
