I can't *not* be curious about the condition of a bike. It amazes me how many riders (Non-KLR folks!) just gas and go. 'Tire pressure? Why, I checked that just last month!" Man o' man..... I thought J#3 had this wrapped upped sensibly suggesting that AGM batteries were by far the best choice.Then Jeff#1 suggests the need for regular maintenance and how little work keeping up on your battery is and that sounds very reasonable.I feel like I'm listening to a couple of guys who both know more than me and just sitting there going "Yup - that makes a lot a sense... yup."I think J#1 needs to start housing motorcycles for a fee and doing regular upkeep. That's what I think.
