I just learned that Neil Ward from Canada will be riding a KLR in the Iron Butt Rally which kicks off tomorrow. The IBR runs 11 days, with most contestants running more than 1,000 per day. ~~~~I see that this is Neil's first IBR http://www.ironbuttrally.com/IBR/2009/2009IBRday-2.pdf I wish him the best. That's gotta be a tough ride on the best of slab weapons, which the KLR isn't Jake Reddick Fla.
