I must apologize for sending bad data-- Thanks to Eagle Eye-- Ron Criswell (kindly) sent me a note--I selected the wrong WR250 for comparison. One is street legal, one is not. I should sit closer to the screen. I should have known better....'looked the same' at 3 ft. grin. I should have used this one http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/products/modelspecs/595/0/specs.aspx and of note, it IS fuel injected. The bike is still almost $2K than a KLX250. The warranty is one year vs. 1 month.
