I have logged a total of about 140-150K miles on the 4 KLRs that I have had on the road. The two I have running right now have just under 60K each on them. Of these two, one I bought with 7K on the clock and the other had 21.5K.

Doesn't look fun to crash a big turd like that. The last time I crashed bad / rode without a shirt in shorts and running shoes some 30 years ago, it weren't pretty and I was on a bike half that size. Locked up the rear brake after a turn surprised me....ah with the help of a 6 pac. At least he didn't high side it.
