Deliberatly did not post NKLR--for safety reasons- Back East, some are still digging out- here comes Act II. The forcasters -using three wx models and chicken parts-- are suggesting a LOW in Texas will travel N by NNE, mixing with cold air from Canada that could make a monster storm from OK East to OH and West into the Dakota's. Our Dakota forcast indicates 30-40mph winds TH/F after dropping 6+ inches of snow. =blizzards possible. N-MO, Iowa looks like the predicted epicenter. Travelers beware--and be prepared. This bears watching. Might be a good time to buy an extra can of beans. And fill up the cage gas tanks. revmaaatin.

Make chicken noodle soup for when you're stuck in the house 'cause the doors wont open. :)

#ygrps-yiv-643937111 p {margin:0;}Those sand rails really chap my hide.  I was almost taken out by one of them in Angeles National Forest on a fire road.  ATV and MC riders are usually very courteous, safe... Most use hand signals when riding in a group, etc.  This guy (as wide as the road, of course) was barreling down fire roads at 50MPH AT LEAST around blind turns just around sunset.  There were 4 people in that buggy with no helmets or other gear.  I wanted to drag him out and beat him to a bloody pulp. Grrr... -Jeff Khoury

Liberals... please do not wind me up with them idiots. Back home ( Upper Michigan ) the National Forests have all kinds of dirt roads (trails mainly) do not even need a ORV sticker if you have plates, providing a car can also drive on it legally. Of course need the sticker $16.50 yearly (I think) to ride the designated trials. I would be hesitant to lane split myself unless I was in a place where cage drivers know about it and accept it. Nice to be away from the snow for Xmas this year at least, but get forward to riding the 4 wheeler when I fly back, even if its only my driveway and yard plowing that white fluffy crap. ;-) Dooden A15 Green Ape --- In DSN_KLR650%40yahoogroups.com, Richard Decker wrote: > > Did some reading on Oregon motorcycle law. > > It's not legal here, that stinks.
