Is that a 30mm wrench in your pocket, or are you just angry to see me? Chris -- J. Christopher Krok, Ph.D. Big Cee Engineering KLR650 Accessories and home of the FAQ

Ok, the 30mm wrench idea is out the door. Thanks all of you for the knowledge and wit, I'm now in the market for a 30 yr wench! Do they make one of those that can "change" a front sprocket on my 2005? :-) Steve B. A19 Tengai Mark Van Horn wrote:

They broke the mold after Jennifer. Too bad, she was a good one.   Fred

Indeed it must have been a sad, sad day when the KLR community suffered Jennifer's loss. All before my time. But back to the original post- Ah, the value of wit and humor played across the grain of the spoken English language and the [now frozen] humanity of our KLR. Go back and read Mark's post--without reading words that he did not write. If you read Mark's post carefully, it is not as it seems. Mark is asking for a 30year wench, not a 30year-old pillion. of course, I could be wrong. as this is slightly outside the pale of KLR liberation theology. as preached by revjeremiahwright. shrug. revmaaatin. who just reads em' like they are written. and smiles.

Dang it! I feel bad now! And all I did was ask for a wrench *size* and now it's brought up all this....sadness.....or am I *still* out of the loop? Should I have used the word *socket* instead of *sprocket*? I know I'll have trouble using the word *wrench* again in my life, unless she begs me........ =-O Steve B A19 revmaaatin wrote:

The list will never be the same. Didn't she blow a tranny or something? Which brings me to my next question: If BMW made an XChallenge with a full set of hard luggage, could they sell it as the BMW X-Dresser? How would we tell it apart from the average GS owner??? :-) Thanks CA Stu A13
