turnbuckle lowering links

Thinking of lowering my '02 and not sure sure how much. Has anyone tried the turnbuckle style, continuously adjustable lowering links that Soupy's Performance sells (www.soupysperformance.com/catalog/item/ ... 932922.htm)? Thanks Hal in Halifax
