the wave.

I too like 'em all! I have a WeeStrom and a Harley Sportster 1200 right now, I recently sold my KLR. I like them all for what they are, they all have their own character and style. Granted, my Sportster has the stock pipes on it, so it potato-potatos along quietly. :) Can't we all just get along? ;) -Barron

My fan broke (OK, "I" broke my fan). The aftermarket replacement one (aluminum, @$45.00) is discontinued... Kawasaki doesn't sell the fan blades (only the complete fan assembly, $385.00!!!) Any suggestions? Roger

<><><><><><><> <><><><><><><> Roger, I've been told a Ninja 500 fan bolts right up but I don't have any personal experience with it. I've also been told they are readily available used on eBay etc for a reasonable price. 1. A pancake fan for a PC might work well enough. I haven't tried it, but only had to pay a couple of bucks for a fan at a surplus place; 2. If you "broke" your fan by melting the center out of it (a common failure mode), then you can try restoring the fan hub with a wad of JB Weld. 3. You might be able to score a replacement fan on Ebay for either a KLR or a Ninja at a reasonable cost

Fred is showing a replacement fan blade made of aluminum. Not cheap but then neither is a replacement motor/blade from KHI. Dooden A15 Green Ape Dooden A15 Green Ape
