Is there any substitute for a puller as im having a hard time finding one need to replace my starter clutch. Size of puller is 22mm x 1.5mm

Benji, No substitute to my knowledge. Where do you live? Maybe someone near you has one you could borrow. The starter clutch is a sprag clutch and I've never heard of anyone saying that it needed replacement. You didn't use the wrong kind of oil in your bike, did you? I'm referring to "Energy conserving" oil with the friction modifiers which have been known to cause a problem with motorcycle starter drives slipping. The radiator reservoir hose -- passes next to the air box and ends up in the inner rear fender. Mine was black. To eject overflow coolant. Brian
