air filter stud

It wont work with the stock air filter because it would make getting the air filter in or out much more difficult (working around the fixed stud). But, I believe the aftermarket K&N gives you more room to work since it has an end cap. Jeffrey

tools question - metric or standard ??

Post by eddiebmauri » Thu Nov 27, 2008 1:44 pm

First, Happy Thanksgiving, now, my question is, "Are most of the nuts and bolts on the KLR Metric or Standard?" I am seeing some pretty good sales on tools after T-Day, so my question is, buy Metric? Eddie (03' KLR - "la poderosa")
