Drilling a recess into the center of the bolt end will also help keep the air hammer tip in one spot. Krokko -- J. Christopher Krok, Ph.D. Big Cee Engineering KLR650 Accessories and home of the FAQ

My "bud" is sick of listening to me brag about my KLR. He's looking for a 2002-2006 in the Wisconsin/Illinois area. They tend to get snapped up real fast. Recently had a "Ken and Barbie" for $1500 but that's too old. Any leads will be great.
