One question, Jeff: How or why would anyone who has a Trials bike NOT
know how to ride slow? The course sounds relatively easy for a trials
rider on a trials bike, especially so if one could horse a motocross bike
through the course. Maybe I'm underplaying the difficulty with multiple
riders on the course.
I think someone put together a nice diversion for the winter non-riding
season. They get Kudos.

Lee,
I was kind of wondering the same thing last night. But I think this is
really different than trials riding in that its a race. You can't always
pick the line you want and you need to keep racing ahead.
But I'm not so sure a lot of riders today have the skills to ride
technical stuff. I saw a lot of muscling bikes around when good
technique I think would have made the job much easier.
I also think you have it right that this is much more difficult than it
looks from the stands. Multiple riders, trying to go faster than the
others and not getting to pick your line make it much more difficult than
riding the trails.
