anti-vibration bar end weights!

Are there any good sets of instructions for bikemaster's anti-vibration bar end weights pn#26-6005? Something with pictures would be great if anyone knows of a link. Also, are you guys putting blue locktite on the aftermarket Front Master Cylinder Screws and Mirror Dampers? Thanks in advance!

I have checked the wires around the countershaft sprocket and they are OK. Probably has something to do with the tammytotallywired.com switch system for the fan that broke and I just taped up the wires. The last coupla times I tried to get hold of her, I had no success. Is she still in business? Criswell Electrical things are voodoo and magic to me. I still stare at light bulbs and CD players in amazement totally without a clue.
