Dang, I'm one the smaller guys here - 6'2" and 225 to 235 pounds (w, or w/o
pasta). At 46, I still bench my body weight for reps, but I am no longer the
'pumper' I was at 35. Or even close to what I was at 25. Ya, like any of us
are...
Getting old, crashing, healing, and great restaurants have taken a toll... I
need a nap .

Hey Squasher. I just plug in my search words in that search box when your looking at the post titles. Then I keep hitting "next" and it just keeps going back..........I think. Now that I think of it, I may have been searching only the last month too. I don't know. All I know is that I keep hitting that stupid next button until I find what I want or I can't stand hitting the next button anymore and I just quit. MrMoose A8 (Barbie and Ken special)> a way to go farther back in time? I tried to click on another month > from the "HOME" page, then do a search, but it only brought up > searches for July
